SM La Salle Archive is divided into two sections, the repository and exhibition room. The Repository stores all the raw materials which need to be selected according to the priority and historical values before being processed for documentation and exhibition. While the Exhibition Room displays historical moments in photos, trophies, articles and certificates of achievements and recognitions.

SM La Salle Kota Kinabalu is the only school in Sabah and among a few schools in Malaysia which has its own archive. The main objective of setting up this archive is to document as much as possible all the ex-lasallians registration dated from as early as 1930’s to today. Besides that, it is also to exhibit the historical moments and achievements in this school.
